| Our Forming ideals: Here we will define the specifics, if any, that we expect of our members, to make this guild run smoothly, and efficiently. * - * - * - * THESE are ideas from Ganjaw thus far: * ok as far as rank advancement:: -- one rule is attendance as far as length in the guild like who has been in the guild for longest time -- then certain criteria must be met to be moved up like being reveiwed by the commanding officers - meaning upper ranks first followed by the officer who has grouped with the person before who is willing to sponsor the person or vouche for their standing. * makeing a criteria to be met as far as advancement : - - well thats where the suggestion board and my main head officers come in; due to any army can not run souly on one individual i will need all of my officers for imput because this is my first guild, and i strive to make it one of the best guilds in norrath on rallos zek - - we will be honorable - - anyone who is not honorable will be dishonorabley discharged. ***** This site is not open to the public officially, but the message boards are on; this is so ALL the current Cabinet members may start posting the ideas that will form the code of conduct this guilds requires, and the manor in which ppl will ascend in rank, and so on.
